- To keep children fit and to educate them on the importance of living a healthy life.
- To enhance motor skills, balance, agility, strength and speed.
The health and fitness training program will educate students on how to live a healthy lifestyle. This education will allow them to select their food intake better and will guide students towards healthy fitness activities.
Days: Monday ages 8-11 and Tuesday ages 12-16. January through April.
